Three little monsters went outside to play,

It was a star-filled night, and of course they slept during the day.

"I know what to do!" said Monster Number Two.

"Let's go play hide-and-seek—I bet I can find you!"

"I know where we can hide," said Monster Number Three.

"We can hide way up high in that gigantic green tree."

"I don't want to play that," said Monster Number One.

"I think scaring a human would really be much more fun!"

"Okay, let's go to that house over there, the one that is big and red.

We can scream and shout and jump up and down on a little kid's bed."

What will happen when three mischievous little monsters sneak into the big red house? Will they scare the children... or discover something completely unexpected?
